Database
Search and maintain project data, review audit logs, and manage backups.
Overview
The Database module provides search, export, and maintenance for project data, with three tabs: Project Data, Audit Logs, and Backup Management.
Project Data
A table of all projects (inquiries) with support for:
- Search: quickly locate by customer name, project number, etc.
- Filter: filter by status, theme, sales manager, and more
- Inline editing: edit the project amount and notes directly in the table
- Export: export project data with one click (CSV, etc.)
- Refresh settings: customize the auto-refresh interval and refresh manually anytime
Audit Logs
Tracks key actions by team members (status changes, template edits, access grants, etc.), including:
- Action type and description
- Actor, IP address, and time
- Detail snapshot
Used for traceability and security auditing.
Backup Management
- Create backup: take a snapshot of the current data
- Restore: recover data from a historical backup
- Back up regularly to protect against accidental data loss
Note: backup and restore affect the whole team's data — proceed with care.
